1. Provider. Surf lessons and guiding are provided by Taghazout Surf Coach, Taghazout, Agadir, Morocco. Contact: WhatsApp +212 601 856 319.

2. Booking. Bookings are made via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed when we confirm the date, time, meeting or pickup point and price in writing. No deposit is required.

3. Prices & payment. Private lesson (2 hours, 1 to 1) €45 · Group lesson (2 hours) €30 per person · 3 sessions €120 · 5 sessions €190. Prices include surfboard, wetsuit and pickup in Taghazout and Tamraght. Agadir hotel pickup and the Imsouane day trip may carry an extra charge, which we always quote before you book. Payment is made in cash (EUR or MAD) on the day of the lesson; for packs, on the day of the first session. Packs are personal and valid during your stay, for up to 30 days from the first session.

4. Weather & safety. We choose spots based on conditions. If conditions are unsafe, your lesson is rescheduled free of charge, or refunded if no new date is possible. The coach may stop or adapt a session at any time for safety reasons.

5. Cancellation by you. Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance via WhatsApp. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full.

6. Health & fitness. You must be able to swim and must tell us about any medical condition, injury or pregnancy that could affect your safety. Minors need the consent of a parent or guardian, who must be present at the lesson.

7. Risk & liability. Surfing is an outdoor sport with inherent risks (waves, currents, reefs, sun, other surfers). You agree to follow the coach's instructions and surf at your own risk. Nothing here limits liability where it cannot be limited by law. We recommend travel insurance that covers surfing.

8. Equipment. Provided equipment must be used with reasonable care; damage caused by misuse may be charged.

9. Photos & video. Video analysis footage is used only for your coaching unless you give separate permission to share it.

10. Law. These terms are governed by Moroccan law; the courts of Agadir have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.
