Who we are. Taghazout Surf Coach is a private surf coach based in Taghazout, Agadir, Morocco ("we", "us"). For anything about your data, contact us on WhatsApp: +212 601 856 319.
What we collect
- Booking messages via WhatsApp: your name, phone number and the content of your messages (dates, level, hotel or pickup location, group size).
- Lesson information: your surf level, any health or swimming information you choose to share for your safety, and photos or videos taken for video analysis (only with your agreement).
- Website data: this website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. It is hosted on Cloudflare Pages; Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Why we use it
To answer and manage your booking, organise pickup, keep you safe in the water and give you video feedback. Legal bases: carrying out your booking, your consent (photos and videos) and our legitimate interest in running a safe, secure service.
Sharing
We don't sell your data. It is processed only by WhatsApp/Meta (messaging) and Cloudflare (website hosting). Some of these providers are outside Morocco and apply their own safeguards.
How long we keep it
Booking messages: up to 24 months after your last lesson. Lesson videos: deleted within 30 days unless you ask us to keep them longer.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or withdraw your consent at any time — just message us on WhatsApp. You can also complain to Morocco's data protection authority, the CNDP (www.cndp.ma), or to your local data protection authority.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
